Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

• Items are unused and in original condition
• Items are in original packaging
• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items without original packaging
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at support@purrfectfinds.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Receive instructions - We'll send you a return shipping label and instructions
3. Ship it back - Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier
4. Get your refund - Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• You may see the refund in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include photos of the damage
• We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent and provide a prepaid label to return the incorrect item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post)
3. Contact your bank
4. If you've done all this and still no refund, contact us
